My name is Laura and I come from Australia - I've lived here my whole life.

From such a young age I've been drawing. Mainly because my dad is an artist and I wanted to be like him. Though back then my art was merely something I did to pass time. I didn't get interested and serious about my art until the start of 2010. I loved the whole Japanese style of anime/manga. That moment was when I slowly started to adapt my very own style. It wasn't until half a year later I started to draw digitally using good old GIMP, then I realised Photoshop was way better. Just over a year later, my style of art has changed greatly - I kept to the same base (anime/manga) but at the same time I want to explore new styles such as realistic. I keep my passion to art all the same though.

At the moment, I'm still in high school. After I finish, I plan to go to University doing a art course and then do a course in graphic designing/games developing so I can create graphics for games and design the characters/environments for them.
